With the passing of Senate Bill 90, there have been changes to the vote-by-mail request process. If you would like to request a vote-by-mail ballot, please call us and have your driver license, ID card, or the last 4 digits of your social security number available.

You can request a new voter information card on RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov or with a registration form. We will mail you a voter information card to confirm new registration, voter updates or polling place changes. While this mailer has valuable information, it is not required that you show it to vote.
