Effective October 2016, voters who return a vote-by-mail ballot who have failed to sign the Voter’s Certificate (required by law to validate the ballot) or returned a ballot with a non-matching signature are now allowed to “cure” this problem using an affidavit.

Pursuant to Federal Court Order for the 2018 General Election
voters will have until

5:00 PM on November 17, 2018

to submit the affidavit, which will allow the ballot to be counted.
