All vote-by-mail ballot requests must be signed and received by the Elections Department no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 10th calendar day before the election.

Information you provide using this service is exempt from public disclosure except that it is available upon request to canvassing boards, election officials, political parties, political committees, committees of continuous existence, and candidates facing opposition in an upcoming election.
