To keep our employees and residents safe, we are taking certain precautions and asking for your help in minimizing the potential spread of germs.

You can take care of many of our services without coming into our office. We are asking that instead of visiting our office, you take the following steps:

Visit our website

On www.ocfelections.com you can find information about registering to vote and updating your registration, check your registration information, request a vote-by-mail ballot, file campaign reports, and more. Online features and services are available 24/7. Here you can also download forms that can be mailed to us, such as voter registration forms and vote-by-mail request forms.

Call us

During regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) you can call us at 407-836-2070. Over the phone we can answer any questions and in many cases take care of registration updates.

Email us

For questions and certain record or registration updates, you can email us on our Contact Us page. We will answer your email as soon as we can, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.).

Mail us

You can send us letters, reports and voter registration forms (for new registrations or registration updates) to:

Drop off

We have a drop-off box in the front of our building where you can drop off correspondence 24/7. During normal business hours, you can also drop off forms on the temporary counter at the entrance of our lobby.

If after using all these methods you still feel a visit is necessary, consider if you have experienced any of the following in the past 14 days:

  • Fever greater than 100° F
  • Cough or difficulty breathing
  • Recent flu or pneumonia
  • Been notified that you may have been exposed to COVID-19
  • Traveled outside of the United States, including cruise ship travel
  • Had contact with anyone who has confirmed COVID-19, or who is awaiting lab results to rule out COVID-19

When visiting our office, you will be asked to remain at the temporary counter in our lobby while you fill out a questionnaire to answer the above questions.

If the answer is ‘YES’ to any of the above, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit.
