Digital Communications and Media Relations Coordinator (PDF)

The Digital Communications and Media Relations Coordinator contributes to the overall communication strategy for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office (SOE). This position leverages best practices in written communications and online platforms to provide timely and accurate information to Orange County residents concerning all election matters. The Digital Communications and Media Relations Coordinator will use their creativity, interest in the voting process, familiarity with the Orange County community and media production skills to creatively design and expedite engaging, professional-quality projects that educate and enlist the public’s participation in the election process. This position coordinates written communications from concept to production and manages the office website, social media, and other digital assets. 

The Digital Communications and Media Relations Coordinator reports to the Customer Relations Manager but works closely with the Director of Election Administration, the Supervisor of Elections, and all members of management to coordinate and disseminate the overall message.

Customer Service Specialist (PDF)

The Customer Service Specialist provides front-line customer support to the general public, officials, candidates, and other public agencies for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE). The Customer Service Specialist processes voter information into the voter registration system (Voter Focus) of the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) and the Florida Voter Registration System (FVRS), by editing Florida voters’ data, such as applications, registrations, petitions, and Vote-by-Mail requests. The Customer Service Specialist will also participate in outreach scheduled events, including community events, school elections, supervised voting, and registration drives.

The Customer Service Specialist reports to the Customer Relations Manager and does not supervise any staff or temporary workers.

Voter Service Clerk I / Voter Service Clerk I - Imaging (PDF)

The Voter Service Clerk is responsible for the administrative processing of voter information into the voter registration system (Voter Focus) of the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) and the Florida Voter Registration System (FVRS). This position processes all records related to Florida voters’ data, such as applications, registrations, petitions, and Vote-by-Mail (VBM) requests. In addition to voter information processing, this position is also responsible for providing front-line customer support to the general public, officials, candidates, and other public agencies for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE).

All Voter Service Clerks report to the Voter Services Supervisor and may supervise other staff or temporary workers if assigned to do so.
